I am the kung fu man.   I started this blog as a way to get my own thoughts down on ‘paper’ as well as share them with others who might benefit.  I believe in the cathartic and meditative benefits of writing but I know I don’t have all the answers and I invite my readers to comment or e-mail me with your ideas.  When we train together we all get stronger.

When I’m not training Kung fu I also enjoy Yoga and generally most phsyical activities.  I’m also a huge nerd at heart and love to unwind with comics and video games or a good movie.
