Comedians tell us what the news should be

A great way to tell how your training is going is by how healthy you are.  If you exercise but are still out of shape or sickly, your diet is probably lacking.  If you eat well but still get sick then you probably need more exercise.

Or it could be the chemicals we are constantly putting into our bodies… The video below does an excellent job of explaining what I mean.  Check it out after the jump.
