A great way to tell how your training is going is by how healthy you are. If you exercise but are still out of shape or sickly, your diet is probably lacking. If you eat well but still get sick then you probably need more exercise.

You know that one stretch you totally hate? The one that makes you constantly find excuses to avoid it and do something else?
